Exterior Area Caretaker Services – U.S. Consulate General Munich

The U.S. Consulate General in Munich is seeking a contractor to provide caretaker services for its Central Office Building's outside areas. The services include daily cleaning, trash removal, sweeping, weeding, minor outdoor maintenance, support during official events, and snow and ice removal during winter months. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to maintain the outside areas in a clean, safe, and orderly condition. The contract will be a firm fixed-price contract with one base year and two option years. The contractor will be responsible for managing and controlling the quality of work and ensuring that all services are performed in accordance with the statement of work. • Daily cleaning and maintenance of outside areas • Trash removal and disposal • Sweeping and cleaning of walkways and driveways • Weeding and landscaping • Minor outdoor maintenance and repairs • Support during official events • Snow and ice removal during winter months
