Description
The United States Senate, Office of the Sergeant at Arms (SAA) is seeking brand name Kodak maintenance and support services. The SAA is requesting quotations from authorized vendors for the provision of these services. The quotation must include firm-fixed prices, end user license agreements, and contract terms and conditions. The SAA reserves the right to reject the entire quotation if any required RFQ line items are missing or differ from the specifications.
• The quotation must be submitted via email to [email protected] with the subject line "ATTN: Charles Blalock, 2026-R-008" by December 26, 2025, at 12:00PM EST.
• The offeror must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
• The offeror must provide a current statement from the OEM that the offeror is authorized by the OEM to sell the product to the Federal Government in the USA.
• The SAA will make one award, if any, on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis.
