Architectural and Engineering Services for UNH Dimond Library Student Success Center

The University System of New Hampshire is seeking qualified architectural and engineering firms to design and document the Dimond Library Student Success Center and associated building modernization. The scope includes complete design‑development and construction‑document services, review of existing building deficiencies, and production of detailed drawings and specifications to support construction of a new student‑success facility within the existing library campus. • Provide full architectural design, engineering calculations, and construction‑document sets for the new Student Success Center and modernization of the existing library building. • Review and address known building deficiencies, incorporating findings from the attached feasibility study and deficiency reports. • Deliver drawings (DWG, PDFs) and related specifications per university standards, and be prepared for mandatory informational meeting on 21 Sep 2026. • Meet all USNH insurance, debarment, and financial‑statement requirements; submit a Statement of Qualifications by 09 Sep 2026 and final proposals by 19 Oct 2026.
