TRUCK WASH MAINTENANCE CONTRACT AND CHEMICAL SUPPLIES

The County of Ocean is seeking a contractor to provide truck wash maintenance and chemical supplies. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to extend for an additional year. The successful bidder will be responsible for maintaining the truck wash equipment, including performing bi-monthly inspections and repairs, and providing chemical supplies. The contractor must have at least five years of experience in maintaining similar systems and must provide references with their bid submission. The scope of work includes maintaining the truck wash equipment, providing chemical supplies, and performing repairs as needed. • The contractor must provide a copy of their maintenance checklist/maintenance report with their bid submission. • The contractor must respond to service calls within 24 hours after receipt of the initial call. • The contractor must supply all labor, tools, and materials necessary to perform the maintenance for the term of the contract. • The contractor must provide an itemized estimate of necessary repairs to the County representative prior to work being performed on truck wash equipment.
