Description
The Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) is seeking proposals for the lease of approximately 6,800 square feet of usable area for Quinsigamond Community College. The proposed premises should be located in Boylston, Holden, Shrewsbury, West Boylston, or Worcester, within a 3-mile radius of 670 West Boylston Street, Worcester. The space will be used for classroom, lab, and office space for the college's Heating Ventilating Air Conditioning (HVAC) program. The lease term is 10 years, and the target occupancy date is August 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter. Proposers must submit their proposals on the DCAMM Lease Proposal Form, and proposals must be substantially complete. The evaluation criteria include the suitability of the proposed location, the type of space offered, and the landlord's ability to meet the space needs of the college.
