Description
The Department of Information Technology (DoIT) is seeking proposals for NetAPP Renewal Support for Cloud Services FY27. This opportunity is limited to master contractors awarded a contract under the Hardware and Associated Equipment and Services 2012. The selected contractor will provide support services for a period of 12 months, starting from August 1, 2026. The services include SupportEdge Premium 4hr Onsite, R-HW Support, and R-SW Subs. The contractor must submit their proposal through the State's eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) e-Procurement system.
• The proposal must include all necessary information and documents as specified in the solicitation.
• The contractor must have experience in providing similar services.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The contractor must provide a detailed pricing breakdown for the services.
• The contractor must have a valid contract under the Hardware and Associated Equipment and Services 2012.
