The City of Carthage, Mississippi is seeking qualified subcontractors to perform construction, material supply, and related services for a comprehensive pump station rehabilitation and lagoon upgrade project funded under CDBG. The scope includes replacement of floating aerators, installation of new PVC and ductile‑iron force mains, precast concrete manhole work, site preparation, grading, backfill, erosion control, and optional alternate items such as a new 80 gpm red‑water pump station and electrical upgrades.
