VEHICLE LEVELING SPACERS AND SKID PLATES

The U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Prison Industries (UNICOR), is seeking a contractor to provide vehicle leveling spacers and skid plates. The contract will be a one-year base contract with four option years, and it will be a fixed-priced, indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity type contract. The contractor will be required to provide their best manufacturing/delivery time for evaluation, and the delivery schedule will be established at the time of award. The contractor must also provide their Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), point of contact, telephone and fax number, email address, and business size. • The contractor must provide motor vehicle steering and suspension components. • The contractor must be registered in the SAM database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. • The government reserves the right to request bid samples from all offerors before contract award or request a sample from the awardee after contract award. • Future requirements for these or similar items from this or other UNICOR factories may be added to the resulting contract if considered to fall within the scope of work and the price is determined to be fair and reasonable.
