The State of Colorado, Department of Natural Resources, Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, is giving notice of a contractor's settlement for the Walker Coal Regrade Project. The notice is for any person or entity that has an unpaid claim against the project for labor, materials, or other supplies. Claims must be filed with the authorized individual, Teresa Donaldson, prior to the final settlement on January 20, 2026.
