Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is announcing its intent to sole source a contract for maintenance support services for the D-SPECT serial number 17293 located at the VA Medical Center in Martinsburg, WV. The contract will be for a base year with four option years, and the contractor will be required to provide preventive maintenance and repair services. The contractor must have current factory training and experience in servicing the Spectrum Dynamics D-SPECT CARDIO, and must meet the qualifications for their specialty. The contract will include services such as 24/7 help desk support, on-site field service repair and maintenance, software and hardware updates, and diagnostic and issue resolution.
