The project involves replacing existing direct‑buried underground electric cables on the Raspberry Substation feeders at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport with a new duct‑vault system to improve reliability and accommodate future load growth. The work includes removal of old cables, installation of new 12‑kV underground conductors and conduit, energization, service cut‑overs, and full close‑out documentation. The contractor must supply all materials (except listed owner‑furnished items), secure necessary permits, provide a performance bond, builders‑risk insurance, and a project‑specific HSE plan, and meet a strict schedule with substantial completion by 1 Oct 2026.
