Schreiber Water System New Well Project

The purpose of the project is to install a new well for the Schreiber Water System by drilling up to three (3) test wells. The Owner will conduct TWO Optional Pre-bid Meetings on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 and Wednesday, February 18, 2026 at 10:00 AM local time at Hillside Ave, Dover, NY, (Property can be accessed by an unpaved drive located between 11 and 17 Hillside Ave. Representatives of Owner and Engineer will be present to discuss the Project. Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend this pre-bid meeting and to visit the project area to familiarize themselves with existing conditions of the site. Engineer will transmit to all prospective Bidders of record such Addenda as Engineer considers necessary in response to questions arising at the conference. All questions about meaning or intent of Bidding Documents, as described above, shall be submitted in writing no later than 2:00 PM (EDT) on Friday, February 20, 2026 via e-mail to Vanessa Kichline, Project Facilitator, [email protected] or by telefax to 845-486-3656 addressed to Vanessa Kichline. It is intended that responses will be provided electronically via Addenda to all plan holders of record on Bidnet and Contract Reporter no later than 4:00 PM (EDT) on Wednesday, February 25, 2026.
