The Borough of Manhattan Community College (BMCC) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide, deliver, install, and support a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) driving‑simulator system for the Manhattan Educational Opportunity Center. The contract is a one‑year requirements agreement with a one‑day on‑site installation, two days of training, and a two‑year warranty on hardware plus a one‑year functional warranty. The solicitation is limited to New York State‑certified MWBE/SDVOB firms, and subcontracting is prohibited. Bidders must demonstrate at least three years of experience supplying CDL simulators and provide three recent comparable contracts.
• Scope: full hardware (three 55‑in HD displays, air‑ride seat, steering, pedals, dashboard, audio, software) plus software license, one‑day installation, two‑day on‑site training, documentation, and 2‑year warranty.
