Rowan University is rebidding a contract to supply its Print Center with a broad range of paper‑based consumables and related materials. Vendors must submit fixed‑price quotes for 36 core items (with prices locked through June 30 2028) and may optionally quote additional items from an extensive catalog. The contract requires rapid delivery (98 % of core items next business day) and strict return/replacement policies, with an initial term ending June 30 2028 and up to four one‑year renewal options. The award will be based on a points‑based evaluation of capability, delivery performance, and pricing.
• Provide paper, vinyl, foam core, grommets, laminating pouches, banners, inks, and other consumables for all campus locations.
• Meet tight delivery windows and accept returns/defective items per contract terms.
