The City of Chandler is seeking a qualified construction‑management firm to oversee the design‑built improvement of the Ray Road and Dobson Road intersection. The consultant will provide comprehensive pre‑construction assistance, construction‑management leadership, inspection, quality‑assurance, utility coordination, and federal‑fund compliance for a FHWA‑funded roadway project that includes lane widening, new turn lanes, ADA upgrades, bike lanes, sidewalks, lighting, traffic signals, storm‑drainage, landscaping, and utility work.
