Helen McCall Park Expansion Phase 1

The project involves the construction of new athletic fields, parking lots, buildings, and stormwater drainage at Helen McCall Park in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to complete the project. The project includes site preparation, earthwork, parking lots, stormwater management, water and sanitary sewer installation, athletic fields, and site amenities. The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances, and must obtain all necessary permits and licenses. The project is expected to be completed within 540 calendar days of the issuance of the Notice to Proceed, with a 30-day punch list period. Key features of the project include: • Construction of six new baseball and t-ball fields • Installation of infield material, field underdrainage, chain link fencing, and gates • Construction of Building A (press box, concessions, and restrooms) and associated vertical platform lift • Installation of all site amenities, including team benches, bleachers, bike racks, shade structures, and park rules signs • Coordination with the County for installation sequencing of owner-provided items • Compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances The contractor must provide documentation of their experience and qualifications, including proof of licenses and permits, and must comply with all requirements outlined in the Invitation to Bid.
