Description
The Hawaii Community Development Authority is seeking a general contractor to provide construction services to modernize two hydraulic passenger elevators at the Kauhale Kakaako Parking Garage. The project includes removing existing glass window panels, infilling the opening with a new framed wall, and modernizing the elevators with standard equipment. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining best management practices for stormwater management, investigating and complying with environmental laws and regulations, and securing the site against theft or trespass. The contract term is two years with an option to extend for an additional year.
