Fuel Bid - University of Wyoming

The University of Wyoming is requesting bids from suppliers for the purchase of a fuel supply for University Fleet Services and possibly University Energy Production. The supplier shall deliver Unleaded Gasoline and Diesel to various locations on an as-needed basis. The contract term is from the commencement date to June 30, 2026. The supplier must have a current Wyoming residency certification on file with the Wyoming Department of Workforce Services at the time of the bid submission to qualify for resident preference. • The supplier shall provide fuel that meets the specified qualifications, including 10% Ethanol for Unleaded Gasoline and CARB Ultra low sulfur for Diesel. • The supplier shall deliver fuel to the designated locations, including Fleet Services, Transportation Services, LREC Farm, and Central Energy Plant. • The supplier shall provide a completed bid form, Exhibit 1, and an executed agreement for services. • The supplier shall have an executed agreement for services on file with the University of Wyoming. • The supplier shall provide insurance, including liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. • The supplier shall comply with all applicable laws, including equal employment opportunity and export control laws.
