The Snowline Joint Unified School District is seeking a qualified electrical contractor to replace the lighting system in the auditorium of Serrano High School (Building A). The scope includes removal of existing fixtures, installation of new architectural, theatrical and stage lighting, associated wiring, control systems, access doors, exit signs, and related interior finish repairs. The work must comply with CARB, DVBE, drug‑free workplace, and other state‑mandated certifications, and follows a tight construction schedule beginning in June 2026.

• Contract value range observed from prior bids: $1.3 M – $1.5 M.
• Mandatory pre‑bid conference on 18 Nov 2025; bid submission deadline 03 Feb 2026 2 PM.
• Construction period approx. 259 calendar days (June 12 2026 – July 31 2026).
• Required 10 % bid bond, 100 % performance/payment bonds, $40 k electrical allowance, and retainage of 5 % for clean‑up.
