Pueblo Water - WHITLOCK SOUTH 5MG POTABLE WATER STORAGE TANK REFURBISHMENT

The Board of Water Works of Pueblo, Colorado is seeking qualifications from consultants to provide engineering plans, specifications, construction management, and construction inspection for the inside refurbishment of a 5 MG steel potable water storage tank. The project includes dive inspection, replacement of interior structural members, design and plans for additional venting, access systems, and interior re-coating. The selected consultant will provide plans and specifications for bidding, inspection services, and construction management. • The consultant must be professionally licensed in Colorado, bonded, and insured. • The consultant must have experience in potable steel water storage tank engineering and inspection. • The consultant must provide an estimate for consulting fees and a cost for tank dive inspection. • The consultant must have a strong firm history, financial strength, and capacity to complete the project. • The consultant must provide project profiles of similar projects that demonstrate their experience and capabilities.
