Riverside Crossing Park – Electrical Infrastructure

The City of Dublin is seeking qualified electrical contractors to design and construct the full electrical infrastructure for the new Riverside Crossing Park. The scope includes trenching, mole‑ing, conduit installation, transformer and breaker box installation, wiring, ground boxes, and site restoration, all in compliance with Ohio prevailing‑wage and local sourcing requirements. Bids are submitted electronically via Bid Express, with a deadline of August 31, 2026. • Provide all labor, materials, and equipment for park‑wide electrical systems • Perform hand & mechanical trenching, mole‑ing, conduit placement, and transformer installation • Install breaker boxes, safety switches, “Quazite” ground boxes, and complete site restoration • Must be an Ohio‑licensed contractor and submit a bid bond per Ohio Revised Code § 153.54 • Project slated to start after September 21, 2026 and be completed by October 31, 2026
