Description
The Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point is seeking to procure Aqua Mag Carus 8600 for the Water Treatment Plant. The contract will be a firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a period of performance of 2 years. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, transportation, material, equipment, and supervision necessary to deliver, monitor, and maintain stock levels of Aqua Mag Carus 8600. Deliveries shall be made between 7:00 AM EST and 4:00 PM EST, and the contractor shall provide Safety Data Sheets for each chemical provided. The contractor shall also comply with all Federal, State, and Local Codes and regulations as they apply to this contract.
• The contract is set-aside for Total 100% Small Business concerns.
• The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 325180.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) invoicing system.
• The contractor shall provide all safety equipment needed and take precautions to avoid interfering with vehicles and/or personnel using the facility.
• The contractor shall not perform work that deviates from the contract and the Purchase Description without approval from the Contracting Officer.
• The Government reserves the right to inspect or test any supplies or services that have been tendered for acceptance.
