The Metropolitan Council is seeking a qualified contractor to perform a suite of renovation and improvement tasks at the Heywood Garage Blue Lot and adjacent Plaza in Hennepin County, MN. Work includes concrete curb installation, stair removal and replacement, plaza paver and concrete replacement for better drainage and accessibility, asphalt patching, signage provision, and the installation of a pergola with planters. Bids are to be submitted electronically via QuestCDN, with a small fee for plan documents. A pre‑bid virtual meeting is scheduled, and an informal site inspection can be performed during regular business hours. A 12 % MCUB participation goal is required.
