Description
The City of Revere is seeking proposals for the disposition of city-owned property located at Glendale Street – Lots 137, 138, and 139. The proposal packets may be obtained electronically from the Office of the Purchasing Agent, and sealed proposals will be received electronically prior to 1:00 PM on Thursday, April 23, 2026. The City of Revere reserves the right to accept any proposal or portion of a proposal, waive any informality in a proposal, investigate the ability of the vendors to honor a proposal, reject any and all proposals, and award all contracts as shall be considered in the best interest of the City of Revere.
• The proposal is in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 30B.
• The City of Revere takes positive steps to maximize the utilization of minority business enterprises in all activities administered by this agency.
• No candidate may withdraw their proposal within thirty (30) business days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
