Notice of Intent to Establish a Contract Through Sole Source Procurement w/Betafence USA

The Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation District of Oregon (TriMet) intends to establish a contract with Betafence USA for the procurement of anti-cut, anti-climb high security fencing. The contract is estimated not to exceed $120,000.00 for a base term of one year, with an option to renew for up to one additional year, and a total value not to exceed $250,000.00. The fencing will be installed by the Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) along the frontage of TriMet’s Columbia Operations Facility. • The contract is for the procurement of anti-cut, anti-climb high security fencing. • The fencing will be installed by the Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT). • The contract has a base term of one year with an option to renew for up to one additional year. • The total value of the contract is not to exceed $250,000.00.
