The County is seeking a qualified design‑build contractor to stabilize the east rock face behind MetraPark Arena. The contractor must provide full design, permitting, and construction services, including rock scaling, installation of a steel‑mesh netting system, anchoring (rock bolts or similar), sidewalk repair, and a post‑construction maintenance plan.
