Summit County’s Facilities Maintenance Department seeks qualified contractors to mill and overlay the parking lot at the Medical Office Building in Frisco, CO. The scope includes a 2‑inch mill, a 2‑inch warm‑mix asphalt overlay, crack sealing, striping, and haul‑away of millings, all performed while maintaining site access. The work must be completed within the specified seasonal window, using specified materials and equipment, and the contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive bidder.
• Approx. 8,783 sq yd of asphalt surface (≈ 1,000 tons) to be milled and overlaid with WMA PG58‑28 (SX‑75).
• Contractor must provide its own water source, quality‑control testing via an approved lab, and route millings via I‑70 to the County dump in Dillon.
• Project must be bid in two phases, includes crack‑sealing, striping, and a 1‑year warranty; no bid bond required.
