Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCI McDowell, is seeking a vendor to provide dairy and egg products for the 4th quarter of FY 26. The evaluation criteria include past performance, socio-economic status, overall price, and delivery schedule. The contract will be awarded to a single vendor based on overall pricing. The offeror must provide pricing for the specified quantities and calculate the price as if they were delivering the exact quantities listed. The offeror must also provide their actual case count.
• The offeror must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor, employment, and taxation.
• The offeror must provide a certification regarding knowledge of child labor for listed end products.
• The offeror must provide a certification regarding restricted business operations in Sudan.
• The offeror must provide a certification regarding prohibition on contracting with entities engaging in certain activities or transactions relating to Iran.
