The State of Tennessee’s Department of Environment and Conservation is seeking a vendor to supply, deliver, and install fourteen (14) Cobia FLEX refrigeration/freezer systems for its Radiological Health division. The contract is a single‑award, lowest‑cost bid with a maximum liability of $80,000 and requires the vendor to provide full warranty, calibration certification, and on‑site technical support. Bids must be submitted by early October 2026, and delivery is required within 4–6 weeks of purchase order issuance.
• Quantity: 14 complete Cobia FLEX R/F units, each including display, batteries, Bluetooth, power supply, software, training, transport case, 2‑year warranty, and calibration certification.
• Delivery & Installation: FOB destination to Nashville, TN; must be completed within 42 days (approximately 6 weeks) after PO receipt.
• Mandatory Compliance: Tennessee contractor licensing, revenue registration, workers’ compensation and general liability insurance, Energy‑Star certification, safety data sheets, and various de‑barment and conflict‑of‑interest attestations.
• Evaluation Basis: Lowest responsive and responsible cost proposal; no technical substitution unless pre‑approved and not exceeding 10 % cost increase.
