Description
The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) is seeking to purchase Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps edition 4 for enterprise on a brand name specification basis. The contractor must be an authorized reseller, and the quote must include all items referenced in Section B of the RFQ. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract, and the delivery date is estimated to be February 27, 2026.
• The contract requires the purchase of 6 licenses of Adobe Creative Cloud.
• The contractor must provide a published price list, past Navy invoices, or past industry invoices with the same or similar items.
• The contractor must comply with the EIT Accessibility Standards listed in the solicitation.
• The contractor must provide a description of previous relevant experience in developing software of similar size and complexity.
• The contractor must submit a software development plan that addresses the requirements of Section C.
