Description
The government requires a qualified printer to produce 3,000 saddle‑stitched, landscape‑format books titled “Case of the Channeled Scabland.” The contractor must download supplied PDF and InDesign files, add a blank cover, print on specified JCP paper (green cover stock L20, white text stock A60), bind with two left‑side stitches, trim to 8½ × 7 in., and supply one set of high‑resolution digital proofs. After approval, the books must be packaged (≤ 30 lb per carton), labeled per GPO Form 905, and shipped to Lake Roosevelt National Recreation Area, WA, by 07 August 2026, including 50 “Blue Label” copies. The contractor cannot begin production until an “OK TO PRINT” is received, and must be prepared to provide financial documentation if requested.
