RFP 2026-31-VPA Medium Duty and Heavy Duty Electric Forklifts

The Virginia Port Authority is seeking qualified offerors to supply up to sixteen (16) new battery‑electric medium‑duty forklifts and up to four (4) new battery‑electric heavy‑duty forklifts for use at Norfolk International Terminals and/or Richmond Marine Terminal.
