The Summit County Facilities Maintenance Department is seeking a qualified contractor to perform exterior wood‑surface preparation, painting and staining of the District Attorney and Probation office building in Breckenridge, CO. The scope includes power‑washing, scraping, caulk repair, application of two coats of Sherwin‑Williams WoodScapes solid stain on all wood surfaces (soffit, fascia, freeze board) and a clear‑coat urethane on trim, posts, and beams, with full traffic control, OSHA‑compliant fall protection, and a one‑year warranty on workmanship and materials.
• Full exterior wood preparation, power‑wash, scrape, repair, and drying per manufacturer specs.
• Application of Sherwin‑Williams WoodScapes Exterior Acrylic Solid Stain (two coats) and Helmsman satin spar urethane on clear‑wood elements.
