The US Army is seeking a biodegradable asphalt cleaner, specifically the Paversol brand with part number KLPS-275, manufactured by K and L Supply Inc. This cleaner is a unique blend of plant-based components, designed as an environmentally friendly alternative to diesel for stubborn asphalt clean-up applications. It has low VOC technology, no known carcinogens, no ozone-depleting chemicals, and no hazardous air pollutants.
