USACE Kansas City District: Management of Undesirable Plants, Multiple Counties, Missouri

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Kansas City District, intends to enter into a cooperative agreement with a state agency to manage undesirable plants on federal lands in Missouri. The agreement will be awarded pursuant to the Federal Noxious Weed Act of 1974. The recipient must be a state department of agriculture or other state agency responsible for administering or implementing undesirable plants laws. • The cooperative agreement will be for the management of undesirable plants on federal lands associated with the Missouri River Bank Stabilization and Navigation, Fish & Wildlife Mitigation Project in multiple counties, Missouri. • The agreement will be awarded for a total funding amount between $250,000 and $1,250,000. • The application due date is June 23, 2026. • The recipient must provide professional services to assist USACE with the management of undesirable plants.
