Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division at China Lake, CA is seeking to procure EXata software renewal on an other-than-full-and-open-competition basis. The requirement is for the manufacture of sole-source items to Keysight Technologies, Inc., with competition among authorized distributors. The contract will be for a period of approximately 496 days, from August 20, 2026, to December 22, 2027. The contractor will be required to provide node-locked KeysightCare software support subscription, including SN100MRLA Military Radios Library for QualNet or EXata Software, and other related items.
• The contract will be a firm-fixed-price order.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
• The contractor must provide a capability statement and proof of authorized distributorship.
• The government reserves the right to terminate the contract for convenience or cause.
