The FDA is seeking quotations from qualified small businesses to provide a brand‑new walk‑in laboratory cooler for its Moffett Center in Bedford Park, Illinois. The cooler must meet specific dimensions, temperature control (2 °C ± 0.5 °C), redundant refrigeration, interior GFCI‑protected outlets, shelving, safety features, and include a manufacturer’s standard commercial warranty. The award will be based on lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). The contractor must supply the unit, freight to the destination, pre‑fabrication submittals, post‑installation validation, operator training, and all required manuals; installation and site preparation are the responsibility of FDA staff.
