Description
The Department of Taxation is seeking a vendor to provide and install new cubicles, partitions, and panels at their Maui office. The project involves the removal and replacement of existing office furniture, and the vendor must survey the site and make their own measurements to ensure the equipment and configurations ordered will fit the spaces, area, and any existing equipment for which they are ordered. The vendor must also provide information regarding power integration for the new cubicle systems and furniture.
• The project includes the renovation of four cubicles and one manager office.
• The vendor must provide vendor-provided delivery and full installation services.
• The vendor must ensure that proposed layouts and furniture configurations allow for a four-drawer file cabinet with a minimum clearance footprint of approximately 29 inches by 19 inches.
• The vendor must provide power specifications and, if available, drawings or schematics that illustrate how power will be managed within the proposed layout.
