Description
The Metropolitan Council is seeking competitive bids for the Phase II renovation of the Light Rail Training Center in Minneapolis. The work encompasses interior remodel of the east half of the building, selective west‑half upgrades, façade repairs, new parking lot construction, storm‑water improvements, sidewalk modifications, accessible parking upgrades, HVAC expansion, power/data/life‑safety extensions, and removal of contaminated soil in the new parking area. All architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, civil and environmental remediation tasks are included. Bids must be submitted electronically via QuestCDN; a $6 non‑refundable plan‑set fee applies. A 14 % MCUB (Minority‑ and Women‑Owned Business) participation goal is mandated.
