Description
The State of Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide Genesys Cloud Contact Center Licenses, Maintenance, AppFoundry, AI Tokens, and Professional Services for various state agencies. The contract will be for a period of three years. The vendor must have at least five years of experience selling Genesys Cloud products and services to the public sector and be a registered Genesys Ascend partner or reseller. The vendor will be required to provide demonstrations of the features of the various Genesys licenses and products, as well as provide implementation of AppFoundry products or services. The vendor must also provide Genesys Professional Services for additional configuration, new contact centers, or other services as requested by the state agency.
Some key requirements include:
• Providing Genesys Cloud Contact Center Licenses, Maintenance, AppFoundry, AI Tokens, and Professional Services
• Having at least five years of experience selling Genesys Cloud products and services to the public sector
• Being a registered Genesys Ascend partner or reseller
• Providing demonstrations of the features of the various Genesys licenses and products
• Providing implementation of AppFoundry products or services
• Providing Genesys Professional Services for additional configuration, new contact centers, or other services as requested by the state agency
