The State of Maryland is seeking a qualified small‑business contractor to remove a damaged Sallyport vehicle gate at the Maryland Correctional Institution‑Hagerstown and install a new, fully functional gate system. The contract is firm‑fixed‑price, limited to certified small businesses, and includes complete demolition, disposal, supply of a new PLUSS gate system, associated access‑control hardware, concrete footings, and all necessary labor, equipment, and field welding. The contractor must provide a two‑year warranty and restore the site to its pre‑project condition.
