Window Washing Service(s) - GBHA

The City of Green Bay is seeking a contractor to provide professional window cleaning services for Mason Manor, an 8-floor high-rise residential apartment building. The work includes cleaning both interior and exterior window surfaces, furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and expertise as required, and performing the work safely and with minimal disruption to residents and building operations. The contract term will be for an initial three years with the option of two additional one-year renewals. The contractor must have at least five years of experience in window washing services and provide references from three firms to which similar services have been provided. The contractor will be responsible for all management, supervisory, and administrative services, and must comply with applicable health and safety legislation, regulations, and codes governing work at height and operations in occupied residential buildings. Some key requirements include: • Cleaning all exterior and interior surfaces on all eight floors • Working Monday – Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM • Giving a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to work being performed • Supplying all labor, equipment, materials, cleaning solutions, and consumables • Assuming full responsibility for any damage to City or Tenant property • Ensuring that selected cleaning supplies will not damage City property or cause its lifespan to diminish prematurely • Complying with applicable health and safety legislation, regulations, and codes governing work at height and operations in occupied residential buildings
