Description
The opportunity is for an industrial cleaning system, specifically the SHARPER TEK SHP6000-200G/Tank. The system must have a heat and drain feature, a machine frame made of painted steel with stainless steel panels, and a forklift pocket. The system must also have a pneumatic power lift mechanism with agitation platform and built-in semi-automated tank lid controls. The system must be compatible with existing maintenance contracts and preventive maintenance schedules.
• The system must have a custom size and weight capacity to fit various sized components that weigh 600lbs.
• The system must have a platform space of 40" x 36" x 26" (L x W x H) and a basket space of 38" x 32" x 25".
• The system must have a work capacity of 750 lb max load and a work height of 38".
• The system must be a direct replacement for the current brand maintained by 31M, part of the Industrial Plant Equipment (IPE) maintenance.
