Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking sources for a plotter, specifically the Canon ColorWave T60 MFP, for the Alexandria VA Medical Center in Pineville, Louisiana. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing and installing the plotter, as well as providing maintenance, parts, and labor for one year. The plotter will be used for printing, scanning, and plotting engineering documents. Interested vendors should provide a statement of capability, business size and socio-economic status, and GSA contract information, if applicable.
• The plotter must be able to print up to 4 D’s/min B/W and 2 D’s/Min Color.
• The plotter must have a copy, print, and scan function.
• The plotter must have an 8 x 11” intuitive touchscreen system controller.
• The plotter must have a 2 roll capacity for unattended printing.
• The contractor must provide all tools, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to provide this service.
• The contractor must have certified or proper training on the tasks they perform.
