Sole Source Purchase for Fiscal Agent Services for the Building Bridges Project

The State of New Mexico intends to make a sole source purchase for fiscal agent services for the Building Bridges Project. The selected contractor will serve as the fiscal agent, process reimbursement requests, provide oversight, and administer flex funds and outreach funds. The project aims to provide professional development for staff to support the Adelante Program, which helps families with housing and youth homelessness. • The contractor will be responsible for maintaining separate accounting records and retaining financial and programmatic records for seven years. • The contractor will submit monthly reimbursement requests with required documentation by the 1st of each month. • The contractor will provide oversight and request documentation as needed.
