Description
The State of Ohio is seeking a contractor to provide 24,000 crib stickers for use by the Ohio Department of Job & Family Services. The stickers should be 2” round, four-color, and have 12 stickers on a 8.5x11 sheet. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The contractor will be required to provide a proof and deliver the stickers to the specified location.
• The stickers should be die cut/kisscut and have a permanent adhesive.
• The contractor will be provided with a pdf file for printing.
• The contractor should return all state-supplied materials to the proof person.
• The stickers should be packaged in cartons labeled with the total amount in the carton.
• The contractor should be able to peel off the stickers from the paper.
