Boone’s Landing Marina – Boat Dock System & Kayak Launch Improvements

The Boone County Fiscal Court is seeking a qualified marine construction contractor to design, manufacture, deliver, and install new public boat docks and an ADA-accessible kayak launch system at Boone’s Landing Marina. The project aims to modernize marina infrastructure, improve safety and durability, and expand inclusive access to non-motorized watercraft. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing turnkey services, including final engineering and layout verification, fabrication of floating dock components, delivery, unloading, and installation, anchoring and stabilization systems, and installation of all decking, railings, cleats, and accessories. • Replacement and installation of durable, low-maintenance public boat docks • Improved ADA-accessible access for kayaks and small paddle craft • Long-term resilience to river level fluctuation and heavy public use • Safe, code-compliant public infrastructure • Professional installation with minimal disruption to marina operations
