Regulated Medical Waste Disposal Services

The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) is seeking a contractor to provide regulated medical waste disposal services at various locations in Guam, including the U.S. Naval Hospital Guam and the 36th Medical Group Andersen AFB. The contract will be for a period of one year, with options to extend for up to two additional years. The contractor will be responsible for the disposal of medical waste, including the transportation and treatment of the waste. The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines for the handling and disposal of medical waste. The contract will be awarded based on a best-value tradeoff between technical capability, past performance, and price. • The contractor must have experience in providing regulated medical waste disposal services. • The contractor must have the necessary equipment and personnel to handle and dispose of medical waste. • The contractor must comply with all applicable regulations and guidelines for the handling and disposal of medical waste. • The contractor must provide a firm-fixed-price for all contract line item numbers (CLINs) identified. • The contractor must submit a technical proposal, a firm-fixed-price, completed provisions, and a DUNS number for active System for Award Management (SAM) registration.
