Diesel Oxidation Catalyst Replacement for Winston Peaking Station Units

The City of Lakeland is seeking a vendor to design, manufacture, and deliver twenty Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC) assemblies for the Winston Generating Station. The DOC assemblies must be compatible with the existing equipment, meet defined performance and pressure drop requirements, and provide reliable long-term operation under intermittent duty cycles. The vendor will be responsible for providing compliant equipment, documentation, performance guarantees, and technical support. • The contract will require the vendor to design and manufacture the DOC assemblies based on provided engine data, exhaust flow characteristics, fuel specifications, and spatial constraints. • The vendor must ensure that the DOC assemblies fit through existing access doors and install in the existing silencer housing location without modification unless approved by the Owner. • The vendor will be responsible for providing shop drawings, performance data, and Installation, Operation & Maintenance (IOM) manuals. • The vendor must provide technical support during installation, startup, and performance testing, if requested. • The vendor will be required to provide a minimum 36-month warranty on the DOC assemblies and guarantee compliance with all performance requirements.
