Description
The Academy for Classical Education is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CM@R) for a playground addition project. The project includes the construction of two age-appropriate playground areas, a central covered pavilion with restroom facilities, and significant site grading improvements. The CM@R will be responsible for project construction cost, developing an overall project schedule, and ensuring the safety of students and staff. The project has a budget of $1,200,000 and is expected to be completed during the summer of 2026.
